Chocolate Truffles

I tried a chocolatey recipe from the book Cook Yourself Thin, which is full of delicious things.



(This jug contains very strong chai tea, but you can try any flavouring you like infused in boiled water for 15 mins. For example, rosemary, cardamom, saffron, coffee or warmed Champagne. My friend Steven uses cherry liqueur.)



Add the tea.

45 mins.
